Yes but following a tutorial isnt a bad thing also its very hard to even do that good even if your a following a tutorial
its not like you press Filter->Use a Filter->Press Okay then your done.
from what it looks like the second picture took more than a half hour atleast.

I am so bad with the brush, even clone tool for that matter of fact that it takes me atleast a half hour to make a line correct because I cannot use paint (Which I am better with tbh) because I need layers when editing.

naw, you'll get better!! =] it took me quite sometime to get used to the brushes too. xD

editing.... D= i just remembered i have some editing to do!! *trots off to edit*

well, when my computer is setted up on the new house when i move after new year I will start editing so I will try to get better since its kinda stupid not to put any effort on editing. I have seen manga's where they complete ignored to clean the text on the bubbles (the easiset thing to do!!!!) and just added text over that. Now thats annoying.
I also have ordered Adobe Photoshop CS4 I think it was the extended version if there was one. if not I will order a upgrade then, They will arriave at the same time as my huuuuge computer.

OFF TOPIC: I am going to make a biiiig central computer room (It's like a Server for clients but the clients are directly connected to the server so there is no decrease in preformance + you can run any 3D program but it is limited to a such range where the cables reach or where my wireless connectors starts losing strength but it is planned that it will be able to cover the entire house and during sunny days it should cover the entire yard (The house is a quite big yard)

Btw, The thing is that I am so bad with the brush & pen tools that i cant make a single line and that line is messed up. but with paint i would do that in less than 10 seconds and if I needed to do pixel painting it would take just a few minutes (I am not talking about the pixel painting your thinking of. I am talking about painting with pen with pixel per pixel so that it can match something. rather than using clone tool.)
